it's a demonstration of confirmation bias and the forer effect. it's also easily disputed by the fact that twins and others have vastly different personalities and realities to which they are exposed, and trying to explain it away as the seconds of difference for their delivery as a baby is total nonsense. Same thing for people with similar birthdays and similar birth locations. If it isn't predictive, it's useless as a tool. If it's easily disprovable with such a simple example, then why have any faith in it in the first place. It's not even categorically useful. is it entertaining to indulge? - yes
