I think you fundamentally misunderstand what Age of Consent means. It's not supposed to be 'you can start fucking anyone now' (even if it functional is). It has more to do with the sense that you are voluntarily consenting to the trappings of adult life. Sex is really a small part of it. If you don't consent to the little things, then you will start to be treated like a prude do ne'er do well who does not want to be a useful participant in society. By and large, the incels you are referring to do not consent to society's demands, and as a result they are treated like children who are to be fucked.
