Does anyone else still take care of themselves even if no gf? I groom myself on a regular basis, along with things like cold water immersion and exercise. I do this because it makes me feel better.

I pretty much stopped taking proper care of my appearance when I started balding because I thought it was pointless.Now I just dress comfortable and that's it.
I would like to groom more. I barely trim my moustache and don't even know what sort of haircut to get or creams to use. Any infographics or advice are welcome.
