to everything there is a season, a time to be born, a time to die. a time to feel alive, and a time to cry.
no season is endless; persist until its your time to bloom.

hi anon. how are you today? i hope you're doing better, even if things are rough. don't give up, and keep going! also, what's your favourite drink?

You seem to be in a better mood lately. What a beautiful OP.
I'm gonna have to go with water, even though i don't drink enough of it.

hello, i hope you are doing fine.
my head is racing right now and i'm having a lot of trouble focusing right now but otherwise nothing's out of the ordinary.
there's also nothing notable to report besides that i got done with my bicycle (some small adjustments still needed) and that the weather is getting to a point where i can cycle soon again.. that and im sorta drifting apart with someone which is well you know..

also i am not just hoping but i am forcing it to, sorta. they made a sleeping med similar to the one i got in the ward not need a script anymore and now i can choose my own dosages hehe
>are you still at the clinic or have you moved yet?
i left the clinic, uhhh, ~3 months ago i think?? didnt move yet because bureaucracy and a lack of workers it seems
>before it gets too cold
it being cold is sorta preferable. as long as the roads are usable even rain is sorta nice in my opinion. mainly for cooling and stuff but but its also just kino. used to ride in the rain so often a while back
>just how many people do you know now?
went from zero, to two, to 30-40, and back to 2-4 now. and the person i am talking about is in that last group, the people that actually sorta care and aren't soulless automatons..

Hello Anonny! Nice poem, did you write it? Or is it some sort of song lyrics? I hope you remember to think of the second line of it and not just the first one. It's not your season to die yet, it's your season to bloom!

>how are you
Tired. Very very tired and sleepy. Mood-wise I'm okay at least I think. Enough stuff have been happening (including you know what) that it knocked me out of the depressive spell a little bit I think. The other thing happening being the moving to a new apartment saga. I finally got my keys to the new place yesterday and brought most of the important things (like my computer duh) over. It was a little exciting to see my new place for the first time and stuff. I like it so far, the AC is a lot better than my old place (it cools more effectively and is also a lot quieter), the room is laid out more sensibly, and the window is bigger so it's brighter inside. Plus it's closer to my work. So it seems to be an upgrade in almost every way. I still haven't moved a lot of the stuff over, it's just sitting outside in a container, and I don't think I will for the next few days because it's way too hot to do it during the day. I'll do it on the weekend methinks. But overall, things are going pretty well, I'm surprised I didn't mess something up and end up having to run around like a headless chicken. Good job me.

>don't give up
Ahem... there's a certain someone here that I'd like to tell that to.. I think they really need to hear it, more than me even. Baka.

>favourite drink
It has to be either choccy milk or mango juice. Haven't had either one in a while... I've tried a bunch of drinks lately but not those ones, since I already know they're good and it's not that exciting. Haven't found anything as good though. You should try mango juice if you haven't already, I know you like juices and that one is frankly unmatched.

>>85137571
What are you mad about Anon? I was mad at a certain person yesterday... I wonder if it's the same thing.

>worlds biggest earl grey shill
hmmm, its weird that ive never seen it anywhere where i live. my mom is really into tea so i guess ill tell her to look out for it
>>85138119
>i dont really miss it
oh, by the way you described it in the past it seemed like you really enjoyed your stay there. are you looking forward to moving out too? sheesh. i remember the first times we talked and you were so desperate with getting out of your house, and look at you now. you're almost there anon. good work!
>preferable to suffering out in the heat
hmm i guess so. i hate having a sore throat because i cant sing.
>tagmap
oh thats pretty cool. ive visited the website a few times, maybe i should give it another go. have you met anyone you met online irl aswell?
>no being alone is better at that point
sure, but you needed the experience to reach this conclusion. even if it was a painful experience, its something everyone needs to go through to learn how to live with themselves. so overall a good thing!
have fun drawing anon.

im afraid thats already done and dusted
>got my keys to the new place
ah thats nice. also, you've never even visited it before? oh well. how big is it? good job moving all the stuff by yourself. be careful not to get your things stolen though.
>mango juice
noted, will try at my earliest convenience.
>>85138379
lies, i just expanded upon the idea desu.
>>
>>85138422
>ecclesiastes
Oh hmm. Have you been reading philosophy again or is this a quote you knew from before? Now that I think about it, this quote sort of goes against what you said before about acting in adverse circumstances or however you put it. Maybe there really isn't a time and season for anything, and you should just do things when you want to.

>inspired
That's nice to hear!! I suppose what goes down must come up... or something. But I mean, it really does seem to work that way with moods sometimes. I also felt a little bit inspired today you could say, though of course I did nothing with the feeling and instead just wasted time on 4chan.

>done
Nope! Don't mistake it for withering: you are just a flower closing for the night so it can open again in the morning. And another morning will come, as it always does.

>never even visited
I've visited the apartment complex, but no, not the exact unit I'm renting. They only let me tour a show room for some reason. It definitely felt a bit sketchy to rent something you've never even seen, but it seems it worked out okay.

>how big
That's hard to say, I don't have a measuring tape or anything... it's pretty big for a studio though, probably gonna feel a bit empty even though I have a lot of furniture. But it has a nice little hallway-like thing that goes to the kitchen which I like. I'd post a picture but I'd rather not on 4chan on the 0.000001% chance my parents somehow see it lole.

>good job
Thanksu desu. Some of it was pretty tough, like carrying the mattress as it's giant and very bendy and heavy. Also the dresser. I still need to move that from the container to here. Pain... oh well. At least I know it's possible for me to do it alone now, I was afraid I might have to hire movers before.

>stolen
The container is locked with my bike lock desu, it *should* be fine. Plus there's nothing worth stealing in there at this point.

>noted
Also try peach juice while you're at it.

i've read it somewhere before and it kinda fit the vibe i was trying to convey.
>isn't a time and season for anything
or maybe there is, you just never know when. so you do things, unknowingly, thinking the odds may be against you even when in reality they might not be. you cant really know what season you're in.
>so it can open again
meh. i feel like a monocarpic flower honestly.
>a show room
huh. what even is the point of that? but if it ended well it doesnt matter i suppose.
>chance my parents somehow see it
ah yes. your parents seeing it is the problem, not random strangers online. of course anon of course.
>Also the dresser
i really hope you're at the first floor or you're gonna wake up with an aching spine tomorrow. orrr you might have it regardless.

Yes, in this HEAT for sure. Summer is the worst...
>hi anon. how are you today?
Hello! I'm doing okay I think, just frying my brain in the usual ways and getting sick of this routine.
>favourite drink?
Fruit juice I guess, otherwise water, though lately I've taken a liking to drinking oat milk in the mornings, especially with chocolate, but I've also replaced that with tea because it's healthier I think...

>oh, by the way you described it in the past it seemed like you really enjoyed your stay there
yeah i did. it helped me a bunch to stop being insanely neurotic sometimes. used to freak out over things i thought are bad or embarrassing for days which got me into binging alcohol to cope but now that sorta stopped for the most part. i'm still recommending the ward if you are going through a very shitty time or just very depressed in general. but there's a point of diminishing returns after which it also sort of starts to harm you, which the doctors know about so they try to keep you there for as little as possible despite of what some people like to claim. helps a bunch with NEETbux in otherwise unfavorable environments, ahem ahem, wink wink
>are you looking forward to moving out too?
yesss a lot. me wanting to gtfo didn't change one bit. also looking forward to some financial freedom which is at the very least as important as my own place. i just hope that i'll be able to exhaust all possible avenues for that and max my bux as much as possible. if that works out i'd be able to live so damn comfy..
>you're almost there anon. good work!
thanks but most of the work was done by others desu, i could never do all of this by myself
>i hate having a sore throat because i cant sing.
oh wow. is this something new or did you just not mention this very often? i know about the guitar (which i sorta miss) but i dont think that i ever read that before.
>have you met anyone you met online irl aswell?
no. that was a light topic once or twice but i don't even know we would do irl so i never seriously considered that. wby?
>sure, but you needed the experience to reach this conclusion
i already sorta did over a decade ago.. there's a reason i played with lego instead of playing football with the others when i was little..
>have fun drawing anon.
it was miserable and i tries to sleep instead which also didnt work. couldnt focus any better despite being a little sedated.
bummer
>>
>>85137033
>hi anon. how are you today?
better I'm putting myself out there trying to make friends, and I even join a server were people seem to like me a little. I'm the anon that got ghosted by his e-gf not too long ago.
>what's your favourite drink?
I think I like iced coffee the most.
>>
>>85138795
>fit the vibe i was trying to convey
Bit of a grim vibe it seems, at least until you added the last line. I suppose you were feeling inspired but sort of in a dark way. That, too, can be nice in a sense.

>you just never know when
Perhaps. That does sound pretty accurate actually. Unfortunately it feels like it's usually you doing things thinking it should work but it doesn't because the odds were actually against you and it was the wrong season.

>monocarpic
Big boy words huh... I had to look that up. Guess I shouldn't be surprised you'd be well-versed in flower terminology. Do you know a lot of flower names as well? A lot of them are Latin I think, and very beatiful-sounding. Also, no, you're not a monocarpic flower, no human is. There isn't just one period of time when we bloom, it's many different ways throughout our life I think. Of course, it's typical to think you only bloom during your younger years... but I refuse to think that way.

>what even is the point
...uhh good question? I'm not sure. I guess it's so they can fool you into thinking all units are as well manicured as the showroom. But no one would fall for that surely... right??

>not random strangers
Indeed, I mean, what are random strangers going to do? Prank me by ordering pizza to my address? My parents on the other hand...

>first floor
Unfortunately I am. Well they did have second floor units too but I chose first floor because it's a bit cooler usually and they also have hard flooring while second floors have carpet. But yes it does make transporting stuff a bit easier, though I did try it before when testing if second floor units were even an option for me and it's *possible* for me to move the dresser up and down stairs if I sort of roll it.

Also urgh I fell asleep a bit and missed you playing Wormhummer... at least I saw a cool dream.
>>
>>85139019
>in this HEAT for sure
oh dont worry the temperature is supposedly starting to go down soon. i hope. really. i am so done with this season. get me back autumn already.
>frying my brain in the usual ways
what else is there to do anyway. in what ways are you frying it today?
>Fruit juice
whats your opinion on mango juice?
>>85139487
>that sorta stopped for the most part
well thats a huge improvement if you ask me.
>keep you there for as little as possible
ah, really? i guess it makes sense considering you spend public money just by existing in there.
>most of the work was done by others
still, i think you deserve some credit anon. it still takes a lot of effort to do what you've done.
>just not mention this very often?
i just dont mention it very often. and im really bad at it, and its also kinda new.
>know we would do irl
well you could like go to a place you both like or something. personally i'd like to meet a few people ive met only irl but never had the chance.
>it was miserable
that sucks... dont get disheartened though. keep trying!
>>85139564
>putting myself out there

>iced coffee
never really understood the appeal of it desu.
>>85139667
>thinking it should work
there's an easy fix: dont expect anything to work. but do it anyway.
>you know a lot of flower names as well
ive read many names although i can rarely remember them. i dunno. to me it feels like you only really get a specific time period where you can have fun in life. rest is mostly just suffering.

the feeling i got was more like they wanted to help more people and not just "waste" money. they had somebody there for over a year with little improvement and still had them there. if you are ready to be discharged you do, if not then you stay.
>still, i think you deserve some credit anon. it still takes a lot of effort to do what you've done.

>>
>>85140016
>dont expect anything to work
Okay, sure
>do it anyway
??? Uhh I think you skipped a step. If you don't expect things to work, then where the heck are you finding the motivation to do them?

>read many names
Where and why have you read them? Did you just try to learn them for the heck of it or something? But it's a shame you don't remember much... I was gonna ask what your favorite flower name was but I suppose you wouldn't know. I barely know any so it's not really a "true" favorite but I guess for me it would be anthurium. Very nice name but I'm not exactly a fan of how the flower itself looks.

>have fun in life
And let me guess, that time period is young adulthood? I suppose I can see why but I dunno, I think you can have fun at any point in life. Or perhaps if you savor every moment of life properly, you can eventually have enough fun to the point that you don't need it anymore and can naturally want to progress to the next stage in life. But even that assumes there's some sort of predefined progression in life, which there isn't really. Perhaps psychologically there is, but that can be represented in one's life very flexibly.

>what dream
It was this weird fever dream where alien microbes invaded Earth and started forming giant bubbles that gobble people up and "make them into gods" (this was "shown" to me in the dream as these people's HP bars going from 100 HP to like 2000HP). Then there was an epic dialogue between a king and a hedgehog wearing a hat (while epic music played in the background of course) where the hedgehog explained why some people were seeking these microbes out intentionally. It said that it's because life as a human is suffering and so naturally everyone wants to be a god, and even kings of the past used these microbes to turn into gods and finally free themselves from the shackles of mortal life. I was a spectator to this dialogue in the dream and it made me cry in the dream because of how moving I thought it was lol.
