I just bought my first MacBook. I've only ever had Windows laptops, but my cheap Ideapad just started to fall apart on me, so I went with a MacBook Neo since I trust Apple's hardware engineering. I am now getting used to posting on a Mac. There's some things that are different, but really I just needed a laptop for shitposting and watching YouTube so it will do nicely I think.

>>85207255Generally with computers that aren't modular/upgradeable, you want to buy something that is a bit more powerful than what you'd actually need right now so that the system is still sufficient in the future.8GB RAM is already pushing the bare minimum for basic computing tasks and likely won't be very good in the near future. 256GB internal storage is also pretty bad for a computer whose storage can't be expanded. Honestly I wouldn't settle for 512GB either if I intend to keep the computer for the next decade to 15 years. The Neo is clearly for like children and teens.
