Alternatively you could stay 3 months move to another country for 3 months then come back and keep alternating without having to change your permanent residence. One of the requirements to keep getting my specific type of benefits is that I have to have a permanent address in my country so I'll keep paying rent which is super low since it's social housing. I've met loads of people that are 100% normal but still get on disability somehow. Even having autism (doesn't have to be severe) can get you NEET bucks. All you have to do really is go to a psychiatrist get some diagnosis that will allow you to be considered mildly disabled and then you apply for disability and act like a slow/mentally ill person during the examination.
