If they stop consuming any calories at all for a year and they walk 30 miles a day every day, and the only thing entering the mouth being water, electrolytes, and a daily multivitamin, they will lose about a pound of fat per day. Most fat women could be ok with a shorter time period. Bmi of 18 is ideal look for women, unless she's a professional wrestler or heavyweight boxer or some other athletic type. In that case she need to shoot for a bmi of 16ish and then get a boob job because gym girls are not attractive. Honestly it's a mistake we ever let women use gyms in the first place.
