I wear pretty much exclusively on my days off, so the pattern if I have nothing else going on is to wake up, drink a bunch of coffee, fill and have fun with my diaper, then shower. After that I tend to focus on non-diaper stuff for awhile, but I've found changing into a fresh one after my shower and using it until I'm ready for 'round 2' just makes for a good balance.
