I've been spending most of my day petting and cheering up my other cat. She doesn't seem upset but I think she is. She's a very old cat and she's been sitting outside the door to the room my other cat died in. The other cat, the one that died, her name is Gizmo. She was just a baby, and Artemis, the old cat, was always protective over her. It makes me more sad to think about the fact she probably saw Gizmo as her baby.
