I have read that if you are still early into it you might be able to fix yourself with a fast. Personally it's what I would try if I had any serious problem like that, fasting often helps your body reset and you would be surprised what sort of things you can heal yourself from by doing it. Plus, just not eating is free and it sounds like you have gotten pretty good at it

A symptom of diabetes can be weight loss but to be honest assuming you have diabetes without a blood test is stupid. You can buy a blood glucose meter cheap at walmart and see what your blood sugar is.

Like I said you might not even have diabetes, your left foot feeling weird wouldn't even be a symptom. Diabetic neuropathy in feet shows up after years of uncontrolled diabetes, it's not an initial symptom. Peeing too much can be but it can also be a symptom of drinking of consuming lots of liquid too.

My grandfather drove trucks for a living and got diabetes after he started "eating healthy" and switched from coke / soda to fruit juices like orange juice.
