Later on I went to another imageboard where people pretended to "upkeep" some board culture that had been dead for almost a decade and it made them look like edgy fucks trying too hard.Truly, it's sad to see underage people that are online 24/7 idealizing the way we behaved in the 2000's like they are talking about some forgotten civilization or other bullshit like that. I do miss the innocence and how insular sites like 4chan felt back then, though -- with low traffic and isolated enough to push people into making OC, jokes, etc.
