Im realising I need people who want to help me. Its really really difficult to feel comfortable pushing myself when people are not understanding and just put me down for it. I could use some help even getting to the spot where I can put myself in those working enviorments. Im realizing my body has developed some kind of subconscious bs when it comes to being productive my stress levels are way to high for things others would consider basic task. I want to take meds to make it easier. Alcohol helps a lot for many reasons but isnt sustainable. Being in a household thats less judgemental of my failings would also help a shit ton. My mom is weird and seems to be fine just coddling me instead of trying to help me reach that point of being productive. I keep telling her not to do stuff like clean my room or make food for me its just very obnoxious and not what i need in my life as of now. They're very over bearing, they kinda just expect me to be incompetent and its very demoralizing. I need to move out. And sooner rather then later.

Thanks honestly i feel pretty rejuvenated finally coming to this conclusion. Sometimes its really easy to neglect your needs or undersell them because of other factors. Im a little annoyed about spending money well making zero income but I need to leave.

Few realize this. It's easy to just get comfortable with the "normal" than to actually take action. I am fortunate I realized this very early.

Your mom is just acting on her instincts when she realizes her son is a child still living with her. At least that's the way she subconsciously views it, whether you like that or not. She'll complain and you'll complain but the only solution is moving out of sight, out of mind with a job that keeps you busy until after she's asleep or moving out, which is economically unviable.
