Russia has nothing besides more draft to rely on, by this time next year, there'll be a really shitty peace and IMO Russia will not start another war in Europe after that until quite late into 21st century. Trying to fearmonger now is either paid shill behavior or worse, not paying attention to the war, but developing a contrarian opinion on it now.

Annual conscription is just a thing they've been doing since forever and conscripts are forbidden by Russian law to be deployed in combat zones.They're still recruiting more contractors than they're losing after 4 years.
