Be careful with apartment hunting. Check apartments.com too. Check google reviews. You can't just leave a lease early without consequences, and if your living space is hell, your life will be hell. Even "just" a noisy upstairs neighbor is pretty common and can ruin your sleep, which ruins your ability to enjoy life. Never sign a lease without visiting in-person. Whoever is maintaining the apartment can also be completely incompetent and might take months to fix it, or it may just never happen.
