>>85265794Yeah I occasionally find those when I use my 4g and change my ip. They consider everything cp on 4chan though, if you just reply to a nude image of a woman and say they're underage they actually ban the thread to mitigate risk.
Months ago, I went to a bowling alley full of white people and there was a CP spammer there who got the entire building rangebanned. That was genuinely the first time I've ever been caught in a rangeban like that.

I've seen it once and the ban was over a year old.I was still able to post despite it saying "ban will not expire" cause I guess it eventually figured out it wasn't a static IP and the device wasn't the same but it's not something you like to see.
Last year on my phone I had to accept a warning that was like 2 years old from a board I didn't even know existed

In first world countries, our governments spend extensive time and recourses arresting people who watch cp.
