Broke up with my boyfriend of two years back in May because I got tired of the lack of effort, and the relationship was genuinely making my mental health worse. After we broke up, he wanted to stay friends since we'd known each other since kindergarten. I agreed because I didn't have any hard feelings at the time. That lasted maybe a month before he started acting like an asshole. Every time I tried to communicate how I felt, he'd somehow make it my fault, so I just blocked him on everything. Today one of his accounts popped up in my TikTok "People You May Know." I got curious and checked it. Literally half of his reposts are about how he was never attracted to me, how I'm the devil, how I ruined him, and a bunch of other dramatic stuff. The funny part is I'm his only ex. He's reposting breakup content like he has a whole catalog of relationships to pull from when it's all clearly about one person. He was also the one who asked me out first, I supported him when he came out as trans (FTM), and I was genuinely one of the only people who stayed by his side up until high school. When we broke up, the only thing he could even say I did wrong was that I once told him he passed as male really well but just needed to be taller. That's apparently the worst thing he could come up with. I am genuinely gonna become a man hater.
