They usually stay in the Brussels area with the other foreigners, but if they go live in the actual country outside of the capital they always complain about how unfriendly and unapproachable Flemish people are. Even as a Fleming myself if I were to move 20km in any one direction I would be treated like an outsider and a foreigner. People are almost medieval in how distrusting they are of foreigners/other people in general it's crazy.
