I've been coming to the realization that my only friends of the past decade+ managed to stick around this long mostly because of their persistence and sociopathic/narcissistic tendencies. They never truly cared about me. I was essentially a landfill for whatever shit they wanted to dump onto. It was a mistake for allowing it to last this long, but I still can't shake them off. I should have listened to my gut instinct. I must be a truly despicable person if these are the only types of "friends" that I attract.
Poor JFK didn't survive long enough to make use of the Shure SM57 setup.During the lockdowns I deleted my socials and pretty much stopped talking to everyone I knew. To me, "friends" is a waste of time, time I'd rather spend by myself doing literally anything else.
