I don't think you owe it to people who wronged you to "be the bigger person" and forgive them. It minimizes their crimes.

People who wrong me will pay the ultimate price.

it's not that you OWE it to other people. it is way about doing it for yourself. it is about choosing to let it go to let it no longer affect you. you do not have to ever even speak to that person again, yet you can still "forgive them."
the things about focusing on shit like that is that we inevitably just re-traumatize ourselves and make it worse, versus letting it be in the past.

"forgiving" someone in this way just traumatizing me in a different way and makes me feel like an impotent powerless bitch

forgiveness doesn't mean what they did to you was right or that you should just roll over for them. you can still tell them how you feel and how they have hurt you. you don't have to dance around that.
but, really, what else can you do when someone has hurt you without just subjecting yourself to them some more? there will never be closure outside of consciously telling yourself to move on, for your own sake.

No but one time some Anon here brought up a good point about 'not letting go' and that it basically makes you live your life as a big middle finger to everyone until it's too late.
I'm like, nigger I was diddled as a kid, how the fuck do I just up and go "haha okely dokely I'm normal now and I'll make up for 20 years of being a loser overnight haha!"

>make up for 20 years of being a loser overnight
nta, but you don't do it overnight. you do it over an extended period of time where you reflect on who you are, what reactions came from where, and what you can do now that you're aware.

No I want to dedicate my life to fucking over and getting the last laugh on anyone who ever abused me.

>reflection will help you recover from being ruined before you even knew what ruined meant
I'm aware that's unironically trying to be helpful, but I just cannot process that as reasonable helpful advice.
if I wasn't already in my 40's, I'd do what that other guy wants to do and dedicate my life to fucking over everyone else.
