I feel like covid fucked some people more than others but when i tell normal people with stable lives that the pandemic really threw my life off-course and still haven't recovered yet i'm being told to deal with it and "everyone went through it" so i shouldnt complain. But again, i think it hit some people way harder who for example dont have social security nets or were otherwise mentally struggling already. Anyways, i also find it insane how this years long once in a lifetime event that disrupted so many peoples lives especially those of the youth, is being brushed over so casually and just insufficiently addressed by those in power

>>85275013nta but i was 14 when covid hit and i lost all my friends in school during the lockdown because they were only school friends, became super isolated in school and started getting bullied, eventually dropped out of school and it took me a year and a half to find a job. now im very behind everyone else my age when i was pretty normie prior to covid
