Us democratic party is a paradox. Many consider it centre right due to some of its economic policy but socially it's very progressive if not more aggressive than many of the western european leftist party.

Democrat social policy is likely a trojan horse for their right wing economics. As with republicans, they use illusion of choice to lure in single-issue voters.
the democratic party isn't really a party because it's made up of a humongously diverse group of people with different beliefs that often fight each other. republican party is a singular entity controlled directly by the heritage foundation that functions as a singular unit.
