i can no longer stand to be seen nor heard by others, not that you normgroids can understand that. i stay in my house and my family even knows i will enter a panic attack if they try to speak to me. i walk around in the woods on a trail almost no one walks, but when i have to pass someone on the trail unexpectedly, i freak the fuck out. i will not go in any public place, no convenience store, no restaurant.
