I can communicate well enough, I just have no desire (or ability) to 'connect'.I don't really have much advice on processing emotions except to attempt to just... do it. Like, sit down, no other stimulation, and think through it. Maybe meditate as well (not either/or, but both). I don't see how you expect to really touch another's heart if you can't even touch your own.
