Today I was reading about parenting low-functioning autists and feel terror and sadness. You try for a happy family, and now you have a perpetual child that you have to care for 24/7 that suffers and gets angry. I feel bad for the children and the families.

That's on them for reproducing. Doubly on them if they knew and didn't abort. Personally, I can't feel anything except apathy and disregard for their situation.
