Anyone else initially experience conscioussness as a child as primarily being in a level above our own experience in which all people are connected in a way that is physical on that level and our actions are the results of things chosen by us on this level, so that everything we do physically is at most a reflection of everyone on that level, where everything is a collection of processes completely unrelated to the external world? I've managed to switch back to this level on a few occasions and it felt exactly as I remembered it. It must represent something real.
