It gave me a language to somewhat help me understand why I always hated most people because they seemed to me like insensitive sociopaths.
Fast forward a few years, I managed to find out by myself by reading a few reddit thread one night, that my "quirks" are actually me being AuDHD (ADHD comorbid with autism).
So now instead of hating Ti people, I just hate neurotypicals.

I'm infp that struggles with an over-sensitive nervous system. Life would be great if I didn't get tired so fast. Sorry I keep being at work, and when I'm not at work I'm playing video games. Surely on 4chan at least just about everyone has seen Evangelion. There was never a time when the majority of people on earth had seen Eva, and there never will be. The movies that "everyone" has seen tend to be old kids movies, or else have some strong memes attached to them, because there will always be swaths of people that miss the trend, and stuff like The Martian isn't getting passed on. Also, just because someone has seen something, doesn't mean they liked it, or remember fuck all about it. Like, i read Project Hail Mary's book and hated it. Oh, but my point is that unless you want to talk about Bambi, Robin Hood, and Snow White, you need to gauge what a given group has seen, and oft neglected, what they are willing and able to talk about, from their memes. Or, you can go your own way and let it all fall as it wilt. Not a bad strategy, always, as you'll tend draw out the people you'd like, assuming they're around to be found. That's also a good way to introduce people to memes.

That's what you'd think but you're old. People stopped watching evangelion like 10 years ago. I'm guessing less than 1/3 of 4chan has actually finished the series. Maybe we should do a poll or something.

Although i do mostly use boards that skew older, i think, although i think this website on the whole skews older these days than people tend to think. I guess it also depends a lot on what you count as being "on 4chan". Honestly, thinking about it, it wouldn't surprise me if horseshow, and beyond that, Tamers' horseshow are better known "on here" than Eva, even though you're much more likely to see or participate in a discussion about eva than any version of mlp, unless your on /mlp/.

Point aside, Eva is on Netflix and has been for years, it's not Rosen Maiden, and anime has gotten more popular, not less.
