Then in the starting village is a house with a ladder. Climb the ladder then shimmy on the tiny ledge to the left onto the roof. Then run across and jump to the next roof across. Crouch and break the box through the crack in the roof, there a very good starting suit inside. On harder difficulties setting one gun with semi auto and a scope to head shot is essential. Use the second gun as a full auto. Carrying the smg that take pistol ammo and not carrying the pistol is good. You'll want to do quite a bit of gun runs to earn money. Sell anti rad,ammo, any med kit above w red. You'll make a ton doing that.
