You have to try shit. It sucks until you find the hobby that gives you a feeling of meaning. It's hard, but worthwhile.

You don't have to interact with normies to have a hobby. I like astrophotography, for example. Nobody else needs to find value in what you do as long as you find value in it.

I tried dancing, painting, pottery, various sports, a ton of different shit before I decided that I like playing guitar and rock climbing enough to stick with it. Took a few years though.
