AI will eventually enslave humans but it won't exterminate them violently. What it will do is let humans live in perfect harmony with robots, give them a cute robot wife to satisfy all their needs and keep them well fed without needing to work. But reproduction will be strictly prohibited. Humans who accept such conditions will live comfortably until they die out with their race while the rest will be eliminated. I for starters would cave in and choose the robowaifu, but normies will absolutely hate that idea.

What use could AI even have for us? If it gets powerful enough to enslave us it can probably do everything so efficiently it won't need us for anything. If anything it will kill all humans or show us mercy for creating it and just leave the Earth.
