One of the main features of zuckerberg zoomer syndrome is being compelled to communicate by their friends through social media. If their friends aren't willing to sustain the relationship elsewhere, then they are to blame for reinforcing it and aren't worth talking to. "Get brain damaged on meth with us or you aren't cool".
The platforms themselves are too scapegoated for what is a personal issue at each individual level. Bitching about how bad the platforms are does nothing if no initiative is taken for yourself.

>can gen z do to stop being so lonely
nothing. unless you kill every single corporation profiting off social media and such. that applies for the brain frying activities too. as long as there's a market for that stuff, it will never disappear. society wants us to be lonely and wants our brain to be fried so that they can continue making money off it.
>what's the remedy
kill almost all rich people
>who's to blame
rich people
