Is it really that weird that I'd rather live in my car (parked in a safe area ofc) and do delivery driving rather than work in person in my field?
>>85420141I used to do this except I worked an actual (extremely easy part time) job. It's perfectly fine for a while if you have other things to do with your time, places to hang out other than your car. This lifestyle forced me to interact with the world more and it was extremely good for me.

>>85420230I personally had a hatchback so I could fold the rear seats back and sleep flat, I put in a little inflatable camping mattress and was satisfied with it. If you have a smaller car then the best advice I could give is getting a good sleeping bag for the winter, if it gets cold where you live. I actually had a very cheap milsurp sleeping bag and it worked good enough, so if you get something that's $100-200 you'll be 100% fine.I used to park for the night at a small park in a suburban neighborhood, you get all the peace and safety of a nice neighborhood without spending $600,000 to exist there. At first I alternated between parking locations but then realized nobody cared in any way shape or form. Tinted windows probably helped, you should get your windows tinted, it's cheaper than you expect. As long as your car is boring looking nobody will think about you.
