The client company I work for sold their customer service workforce to a BPO company. I rebadged to the BPO but 90% of my coworkers before did not. A lot of them, myself included, had special credentials and different groups of us shared workloads for certain processes.Now that they all got laid off, this BPO decided to just make me responsible for all those processes since none of their employees are trained or have those credentials but me. They didn't even tell me, I just noticed I had 550+ escalated tickets assigned to me out of nowhere on Monday and I had to ask someone why

I think they just want me to quit though, ever since I've been rebadged it just feels like they don't like me or anyone else who was working for the client company previously.I don't like the job either but I'm just here until I get something better. Been doing rounds and rounds of interviews the past month and I always stumble on the last round of interviews and get rejected. Once I get a better gig, I'll just quiet quit until they fire me.
