Does anyone else on this autistic board have anxiety attacks when calling or receiving a calls?
For me, it's getting worse every year...

I couldn't call strangers for like 20 years. Opening my email gives me so much anxiety, it's like defusing a bomb.

Some parts lack of confidence, some parts OCD, some parts being punished as a child for every social mistake I made, and even some parts I just don't want to put myself through the social torture of crafting an email and/or coming up with what to say on the fly (I'm terrible at both things).

Being left alone is my highest point of living, the stress of small talk bums me the fuck out.

Only if I know it's a stranger and not a family member.

I think phone calls and emails are easier if you just say what you want to say
This is what all chilled out normies just do anyway
It's only a very annoying set of corporate drones and failed normies that think writing really long emails full of BS that nobody will ever read is better, and who think that there are actually a bunch of corporate and social norms that need to be followed like a recipe
People who arent retarded usually respond better if you just tell them exactly what you need as briefly and politely as possible
