Do you have any embarrassing memories that you probably would have killed yourself over had they been recorded as is common today? One time I quoted a jontron video during a class presentation thinking it was super cool and I want to open the door of my car and fall out onto the highway every time I recall it.

every day i remember cringe memories and ill have to say "fuck off" or "kill yourself" etc to sort of combat or equalize itsometimes i try to let it wash over me and really take in all the cringe so that it doesnt reoccur but i can never seem to take it all without flinching mentally

the memories are too convoluted to explain. one time i fell on my bike in front 20-30 people cycling with no hands but those are the easy memories. barely bother me
Every day when im in bed i think about at least 2 social suicide tier memories and i wince and try to think about random shit like music
