I doubt it would create a complete reversal of society, men have a more aggressive temperament. Being bigger would mean that babies could be gestated for longer, so human babies wouldn't be as undercooked as they usually are out the womb. Pregnancy and birth would probably be easier as well (if every part is bigger the baby might have an easier time passing through the birth canal). This would allow women to do more work even when pregnant. This would incentivize more women to do more physically demanding labor rather than the mixture of menial and physical labor that is typical in history. This would incentivize an imbalanced gender ratio favoring women also. There would probably be a higher amount of women in the militia, but it would still be dominated by men since they are still the ones who give birth. This could create an interesting situation where the engineering/construction of local buildings would be considered feminine, while engineering for military uses would be masculine.
