I think there's a difference between not having a permanent governmental residence with walls and feeling homeless

A motorized bicycle

These usually go up to around 30 or 28 miles an hour and they have insane miles per gallon you can turn any bicycle into a motorized one with a kit that's like 100 or $200

You would need to get a backpack

Inside the backpack maybe get a stealth tent that's one person you can kind of climb into and set up anywhere very quickly that can hold a lamp and is a bit spacious but not spacious enough where it's very noticeable

Usually those ones come with like a kind of leafy tarp that covers it so it blends in camouflage perfectly

Inside the backpack you know how the toothbrush have toothpaste have deodorant

Always carry a gun around or at least a knife

And make sure you have a phone with internet access from mobile data

And make sure you can have some money somehow from like maybe doing doordash with the bike so you can make like $75 a day compared to 10 or 15 from hours of panhandling

A planet fitness membership is also very handy for showers and the gym usually they have some free food laying out too
