i think people underestimate how difficult it is to do things that require a bunch of sustained effort when you have no friends and only socialize with anons and dont really enjoy doing anything
Then you need to prioritize those things so you can be enabled to do things that require sustained effort.
autistic adhd burnout be like
>>85429967Yeah people don't understand how some of us are trapped in a hole we can't get out of, it's quicksand. And then they gaslight you how it's all your fault
>>85429967It's all your fault though
>>85430050>just do thing!!!1!!1we've got a genius in the room, everybody. watch how they've cured all debilitating mental illnesses with this one quick trick. doctors HATE them
>JUST CHASE THE CARROT ON THE STICK LIKE EVERYBODY E-Wake up
>just do thing!!!1!!1
>>85430050once i become acceptable ill be able to make friends, there's nothing to interact with now, just a shallow husk that can occasionally masquerade as a personat least when it's anonymous i can pretend there's someone in there as long as im feeling up to it>>85430055yah, probably, but ive never been not burnt out or put any real effort into anything before
>just feed the never ending meat grinder bro
>just get out bro>just gotta have the right mindset>just touch grass
nigger olympic skiiers just performed a record length jump off your sloping brow
whyd people get all angry
the right people don't need exhaustion and effort to keep in your lifestop masking and jestering for normies
>>85429967>I have no friends because I choose instead to socialize with spergs, troons, jeets and closet BNWOs on a website that is 20 years past its primeJesus Christ I swear some people really do create their own problems in life
>>85430242I'm guessing you're all of the things you've listed, correct?
>>85430093yes because putting effort into things doesnt feel rewarding and thus hurts to do. not physically, but spiritually and mentally
>>85429967Been stuck in the same loop whenever I get my anhedonia and avolition bouts. Trying to get comfortable with being lonely and being a drag, but it's hard to make peace with. Do not recommend developing a mental illness in your mid-20s and losing a lot of your support systems.
Normalfags don't fathom when you have debilitating depression/anxiety to the point you have zero will power and motivation to even exert the slightest energy in accomplishing anything, it's laziness to a degree admittedly but additionally you don't see a point. You have no social life, no prospects just this dark foggy cloud looming over you constantly, you become so jaded that it's all deemed meaningless. Normans with their mild symptoms taking the high ground on understanding the full weight of mental health, pff don't make me chuckle, fuck society
>>85430388yah its part laziness but most of that manifests for me as afking at the computerthey really cant understand struggling to eat, bathe, etc>>85430231i have to mask for autists as wellbut also the anons im interacting with dont congregate in some discord (mostly) so its not like ill ever get the opportunity
>>85429967i often think about exactly thisi get by somewhat out of personal discipline but truth of the matter is that have no care for anything i do at all
>>85429967I find it incredibly difficult to do things that dont have a real result or a result that fades away(all studying) . I studied japanese, passed the n3 test. I forgot most of it by now...I easily passed uni, but it wasnt really. useful. i never actually comprehended anything, i forget it all.Work is actually fine, because theres a tangible result afterwards, but most mental. self improvement feels like an endless road. All certifications, courses, gone from the head within a year.
>>85431097>I studied japanese, passed the n3 test. I forgot most of it by now...>I easily passed uni, but it wasnt really. useful. i never actually comprehended anything, i forget it all.But you've built up neural connections for the things you studied. It's pretty much like the biological ability to regain lost muscle size and strength much faster than it took to build muscles initially.
>>85430308but with other people you can share your efforts and get rewarded that way
you're just being oppressed by other autists
>>85431687rightfully so, i am a bad person
>>85429967Don't make it hard on yourself to do things you know you're going to have to do eventually anyway.
>>85431766>i am a bad personwhy would you think that?
I think one of the issues I've had to keep up with my efforts at self improvement is that I've never felt like life rewarded me for it. I managed to get a job and buy a house and shit but I still wasn't happy. I ended up selling in and moving in back in with dad when I lost my job. Now I'm just a fat sad sack approaching his 30s with no prospects. Genuinely have to stop myself from crying a little whenever I think about my life. Often wonder why bother
>>85431802im a shotacon
>>85431817dont make laugh brolmao even
>>85431821im not joking
>>85431832okay, but why would that make you a bad person
>>85431838because half the time i just want to hold the shota so i often feel guilty for my other thoughtsother people would also think i am a bad person for it and who am i to say they're wrong
maybe i should have led with that
>>85429967I don't find it difficult, per se. I just feel a complete lack of motivation and I don't feel bad when I fail due to inaction.
>>85432426at least you dont want to, i wish i could put in more than 20 minutes of effort per day
