im engaged in a life or death psychological battle with a legit sociopath at work. to sum it up: they hired a new guy into my department who i thought was a decent person. this person didnt bother me until i noticed they are a pathological and persuasive liar. i let my feelings get in the way told my manager about this frauds falsified credentials and questionable skill. my manager also leans on the schizo side and tried getting him fired by coercing one coworker to admit he fucked up one project she collaborated with him. instead she took the full blame and accepted a three week suspension instead of allowing him to have any fault for this 2 week hire. now im hearing background noise going around that hes trying to frame my manager and i as racist for questioning his below subpar output. hes already taking with all the other black workers to back him up. please send me your good vibrations fellow schizos
