Can eye strain from phones go away  No.85432525 Archived
I have been using the oppo a5 that gave me eye strain before, changed it to dark mode and lowest brightness. My question is am I hurting myself by doing something that hurt my eyes before? Is that even possible to be hurt by a phone?
Idk if I still have eye strain and not notice
