Surgery in 2 weeks, what should I know

Doc recommended this over LASIK because I box. I have myopia, astigmatism, and slightly lazy right eye. -3.75 prescription on my left and -4 on my right. Always worn glasses, never used contacts. Have fought whole career blind.

Never heard of it, but LASIK was a miracle for me. I had it done in April 2007 at 19 and still have good eyesight. Before surgery I was 20/400 in one eye and 20/700 in the other.

it smells like burning hair and the cornea removal is freaky to see but it is so fucking worth it, not needing glasses for shit is great. i still have astigmatism but it isnt as bad as it used to be and my myopia went from a 20/40 to 20/15.

LASIK works but your eyes will go bad over time again. But my eyes haven't need glasses for like 10 years now.
