>>85436742Holy water also helps tons, I've heard of people saying going to church helps but I think it's the holy water they they dip their finger in when they enter church. I've stolen holy water to rid myself of demons and that worked sufficiently for me along with the long list of prayers in the Latin rite that they use for exorcisms there's an addendum for generally cleansing a place of demonic influence, I recommend it
What I do is imagine a brilliant blinding white light exploding in my mind's eye and I picture it cleansing the entire space and destroying all murky darkness. And then I meditate and try to clear my mind by pretending to be moss. Demons can't get you if you don't let them, they play by some kind of other set of rules idk. If you're not in a vulnerable state there is almost nothing they can do.
