it's 3:20 am. there is constant shouting and music filling my room from outside, only slightly less loud than when there was intense road work 30 meters from my window. i need to grab my painfully tight industrial hearing protection to get enough silence to rest. i want to get something to drink, but it's taxed at over a hundred percent and i don't feel secure i'll make rent if i do. i hate living in the city.

The only thing keeping me sane is these 33db Mack's Earplugs (do not get any other brand they suck) they are cheap asf and you can buy them on Amazon for 10 bucks they drown out most of the noise, would highly recommend.
