I'm in Canada and I'm tired of working. How do I get welfare bucks if I quit my job and how much would I get? If I buy a house first can I still get welfare or do they force me to sell it first?

I thought working hard and getting a good income would let me get a girlfriend because that's what every authority figure in my childhood and adolescence told me but it turns out that's false so there's no point working. I just want to stay home and make video games.
