Or if you don't have the money for a shitbox car. I don't have any advice for you in this regard, other than talk to people slightly more often, until it doesn't feel strange. That will take a long fucking time. You don't have to approach people on the street, find an anon to have a normal conversation with, and then upgrade to a phone call, then to small talk with a cashier, etc. Small steps >Morbidly obeseEat less, exercise more. All other information will boil down to those 4 words. You don't even need to go the gym, if you just stop eating goyslop, and go for a walk every now and then, you will naturally fall into a caloric deficit. No one gets fat eating apples and chicken breast.
