>>85485327>>85485279I think this is ridiculous. Most translations can do the job, and something closer to the source would be more correct than kjv anyway. Hebrew Greek and Aramaic probably have words English never had direct versions of. This reminds me of how Muslims say you can't read the true quran unless you read it in Arabic, as if there can't be footnotes to explain cultural differences, definitions, and differences in translation. As long as it isn't heretical and covers at least the protestant cannon, it's fine imo.
