I prefer cats but I have a no pet policy because I don't want to feel sadness and grief when they inevitably pass away

Catcel supreme. I know it's the lamer choice but I don't care. I cannot stand barking and dogs stink, and they'll just take a shit somewhere randomly if you're not on point with letting them out, then you have to wait around like a idiot. I know cats can be dickheads and scratch you but only when you violate the NAP as a stranger, and a scratch is a very minor injury compared to what a stupid dog deciding to bite you can do. The few times I've been bitten by a dog it's taken forever for it to fully heal. A big dog can end your life or turn you into picrel if it wants to.

I like both, but I have 10 cats because there is still less care for them than dogs in the developed world. But I'm so glad we don't have stray dogs though, because my heart wouldn't be able to take it.
