Tried fapping the other day, and something weird happened: every time I'd stroke it, it felt like my right nut was being hit with a mini-hammer. It hurt. I'd stop, and it would stop hurting, but then continue hurting again with each stroke. I felt around and didn't feel any lumps, but I don't know; is this truly the start of my Ball Cancer arc? Even so, why does it cost so much to have them removed (in the U.S.)?

Stop jacking off for a bit? Don't for a whole day, and then try to GENTLY jack off without any edging at night. If it feels weird at all, don't jack off and then wait another day. If it lasts for a week, see a doctor.
