They're the same garbage as industry houses but you pay more per month and don't even own them. I would buy some cheap land and build an actual house (timber frame, wood/stone/earthen walls and floors, stone foundation) myself for a couple grand. I was just stating that buying a garbage heap industry house for insanely overinflated prices is just dumb.
I just bought a house for 210k at 26. 950 sq ft, wiring, electrical panel, shingling, insulation, interior and plumbing was all updated in 2024. The home was built in 1946 using solid old growth rough lumber by good white men. I'd rather own this (the house is in a location with some significant economic developments going on soon) than pay rent to some faggot boomer. I actually pay less per month, get more out of it and can potentially make 200k off this in just a few years.
