why is this still a thing?
Seriously, why?

Its not like women haven't got an education/job and or are oppressed to do, so its not like they will be left helpless.
So why should I pay her my who life's work and lose my kids and on top of that pay basically my whole monthly salary to them for 12+ years, just because I'm a man?

Why is this still a modern thing and what is the modern justification for this, because all these seems like is that the past justification for this is gone
And the law should also question why there is such a trend for women to Divorce their husbands when they make it rich and not give them the benefits
