Looks good. Burgers are actually pretty well balanced if you load them up with onions, romaine lettuce and pickles. Dare I say, they might be perfectly balanced. They don't need cheese either. You can switch out cheese for sauces, they both occupy the same function basically, flavor. Sauces tend to have less fat though.You never get bacon from fast food places. Why? Because I've worked at most of them and the practices they do with bacon are horrendous. My mother doesn't order bacon from fast food places and neither will I.I don't even east fast food unless I can see the cleanliness of the building, so that means no drive thru ever unless I went inside.

When I used to work at a mom and pop restaurant we just cooked the bacon, wrapped it in wax paper, and stored it in a covered tin foil container inside the walk-in freezer like we did with the patties. Out of all the disgusting shit I saw at that place, bacon was probably the least of my worries.

There are jars and cases pickles and bacon sitting at room temp for god knows how long at Burger King.So at Mcd it gets slightly better, the problem is they recycle everything. The bacon that sat there all day in a tray at room temp? Yeah the shift closer just puts that shit into a container and recycles it back into the FRIDGE, not the freezer.Beyond that, I don't really care as I have completely stopped ordering bacon. I rather just make it at home because i'm rather good at cooking it now from working at all those places.
